LH Benefits Administration

Used in a stand alone configuration, or used with the PX3000^TM suite of products, the LH module provides employers and third-party administrators with the ability to set-up and manage group benefit plans for employees and related parties. Administrators can create any number of group benefit plans with unlimited benefit types and then configure the software to the unique parameters of each plan.

In addition to tracking employees, including their respective locations and divisions, PX3000^TM/LH organizes classes, beneficiaries, insurance companies, and premiums with tables that can be customized in any number of ways, such as: age grouping; gender; anticipated retirement dates; job classification grouping, etc.

Once the parameters and participants are defined, the administrator can easily enter new members, assign them to an employer and class, and quickly set up each person's individual choices/elections, such as additional voluntary life insurance and spousal insurance. PX3000^TM/LH the calculates benefit coverage and premiums for each member and any related party as well as calculating the monthly employer premiums due to each insurance provider, including the handling of retroactive adjustments.

The system produces extensive management reporting monitoring and streamlines every aspect of group benefit administration. Of course, the LH module is fully web-enabled for both member and administrator access. Whether used in-house by a large employer or by a Third Party Administrator with a book of business, PX3000^TM/LH has the power to take care of all Group Benefit administration needs.
