Data Privacy
Given the long-term life of pension plans, and
the confidential nature of the information, the security of a plans data is critical. To protect client data, Penad has
implemented measures such as firewalls to ensure data is protected
from unauthorized access, and has adopted stringent internal data
confidentiality rules and policies mandated by it's internal
Privacy Policy Committee, which is comprised of the company's
executive.
Personal Service
When a plan administrator, or a plan member,
needs to talk to a Penad Client Service Representative, during
regular business hours, the company strives to have it's
representatives available in person. The Representative will deal
with and questions or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Unbiased Advice
Penad guarantees the utmost integrity and
quality of the advice we may be asked to provide. Clients and plan
members can rely on Penad to respond with information and advice
that meets their needs.
